Kathleen Tyrrell


Kathleen A. Tyrrell has a strong technical background in biology and chemistry, with an emphasis in pharmacology and toxicology, having received her B.S. from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science in 1987. While working toward her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Class of 1993, Kathleen worked as a research scientist for a major pharmaceutical company in the department of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. As an inventor herself, Kathleen has a keen understanding of all the effort, care and time that goes in to conceiving and reducing to practice an invention. She will treat your patent application as if it were her own and is 100 percent committed to your success. Ms. Tyrrell's practice is focused primarily on patent preparation and prosecution and trademark preparation and prosecution with particular expertise in patents relating to drug development and methodologies, molecular therapeutics and diagnostics, pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery systems and uses thereof, vaccines, cell therapies, tissue engineering, antibody technologies, global environmentally sustainable systems and methodologies, nutritional supplements, medical devices and polymer chemistries.
